The NST mesh heating mat is a factory prefabricated heating mat that impresses with its particularly robust outer casing. This protects the mat from both mechanical and chemical stresses and makes it particularly suitable for use in chemically demanding environments such as public toilets, bathrooms, paint shops and areas with intensive use of cleaning agents. The Teflon insulation on the inside and outside further increases the resistance of the heating cable. The NST mesh heating mat is ideal for underfloor temperature control, room heating, cold insulation of walls and as thin-bed outdoor heating. Its low height of just 3.3 mm enables a particularly flat floor structure, making it the perfect choice for renovating ramps, sidewalks and driveways.

The 302-NST mesh heating mat is particularly suitable for use in wellness areas, swimming pools and other public spaces, as aggressive cleaning agents are often used in these environments. Such agents could penetrate through the joints over time and damage conventional cables. However, the 302-NST heating mat is well protected by its robust construction. Its dipole design enables easy installation in tile adhesive and mortar beds, on GRP loungers and in other applications. The mat has a single connection cable and the dipole heating conductor reduces the formation of magnetic fields to a minimum. It is heat-resistant up to a maximum temperature of 150 °C and has a heating conductor thickness of 3.3 mm. In addition, it meets protection class IP X7, is CE-compliant and equipped with a residual current device of 30 mA. The 300 W/m² version is suitable for heating surfaces in wellness areas, but also as open-air heating under thin-bed panels or in thin coverings for the renovation of ramps where a low floor structure is required.
