The NST mesh heating mat, prefabricated in the factory, impresses with its extremely resistant outer casing. This effectively protects the mat from mechanical and chemical stresses, making it particularly suitable for use in demanding environments such as public toilets, bathrooms, paint shops and areas with intensive use of cleaning agents. The Teflon insulation on the inside and outside further enhances the robustness of the heating cable. The NST mesh heating mat is ideal for underfloor temperature control, room heating, cold insulation of walls and as thin-bed outdoor heating. With a height of just 3.3 mm, it enables a particularly flat floor structure and is therefore ideal for renovating ramps, sidewalks and driveways.

The 303-NST mesh heating mat is particularly suitable for use in wellness areas, swimming pools and other public spaces where aggressive cleaning agents are frequently used. These agents could penetrate the joints over time and damage conventional cables. However, thanks to its robust construction, the 303-NST heating mat offers reliable protection. Its dipole design makes it easy to install in tile adhesive and mortar beds, on GRP loungers and other applications. The mat is equipped with a single connection cable and the dipole heating conductor minimizes the formation of magnetic fields. It can withstand temperatures of up to 150 °C and has a heating conductor thickness of 3.3 mm. It also meets protection class IP X7, is CE-compliant and has a residual current circuit of 30 mA. The 300 W/m² version is ideal for heating surfaces in wellness areas and as an open-air heating system under thin-bed panels or in thin coverings. It is also particularly suitable for renovating ramps where a low floor structure is required.
