1.) How can I place an order?

Shopping – Quick, Easy, and Convenient!
Browse our shop and take your time to check out our offerings! You can use the "SEARCH" input field to find products quickly and easily, or you can simply follow our categories! Once you click on a product, you’ll receive more detailed information. There, you will also find additional images, links, product descriptions, and PDFs. From here, you can print the item details or recommend them to someone!

Your Comfort is Important to Us
On the product detail page, you’ll find, among other things, the button “Add to Wishlist”! Here you can temporarily save products until your next visit. With the link “Your Wishlist,” you can later retrieve the saved products! On this product detail list, you’ll also find the link “Recommend” which allows you to send an email to other companies or acquaintances if you find a product that might interest them!

Your Shopping Cart
You will also find an input field for the quantity and the button “Add to Cart” on the product detail page. First, enter the desired quantity and then click the “Add to Cart” button! – Now your item is in the virtual shopping cart! At the same time, you will be taken to the cart. You can either continue shopping by clicking the “Continue Shopping” button and add more products to the cart, edit your order, or simply proceed with the checkout process.

We offer different variants for some products: Here, you must first select the desired specification, such as a specific color or type, before adding the product to the cart and then clicking the “Update” button! The variants can be changed later in the cart!

Editing Your Order
Click on the “Cart” button at the top right to view your current order. There you will find an overview of the items you previously added to the cart. Of course, you can also change the order quantity here; simply enter the number of items in the “Order Quantity” field and then click the “Update” button. To remove or delete a product from your cart, simply check the “Delete” checkbox and click “Update” again! To view details about a product in your cart, click on the item name. When your order is complete, select the “Checkout” button.

Your Address
Now you will reach the “Customer Registration” page, where you can choose one of the following options:

- New Customer:
Use this option if you have not yet registered and have not placed an order or made contact. Click “Next” to enter your address details and desired password. Once you have completed all entries, click the “Next” button. You also have the option to provide a different delivery address! – To do this, check the box for “different delivery address.” Then click the “Next” button again! With your registered email address (username) and password, you can place orders/requests in the future without having to enter your address details again.

- Registered Customer (Customer Login9):
Use this option if you are already registered and have placed orders. Please enter your username (email address) and password, and then click the “Login” button. Since you are already registered with us, you do not need to enter your details again, but you can change them here if necessary!

- Order as Guest:
Use this option if you do not wish to register. Click “Next” to enter your address details. Once you have made all entries, click the “Next” button. You also have the option to provide a different delivery address! – To do this, check the box for the “different delivery address.” Then click the “Next” button again!

Shipping and Payment Methods:
The correct shipping method for your country will be automatically selected! You also have the option on this page to choose your preferred payment method. Simply click on the dropdown menu and select your desired payment method!

Then click the “Update” button to set the payment method! As the next step, please read our Terms and Conditions; these will be automatically accepted when you submit your order! After that, click the “Next” button again to reach the “Overview” page.

Overview:
The order summary will then open, listing all your order details. Please check if all information is correct, if all items and their quantities are accurate, and if you have selected the desired payment method. Final step – click the “Complete payment” button.

2.) What payment options are available?

If you select 'payment in advance' as payment method, you will recieve an order confirmation and/or pro forma invoice by e-mail, where all the order- and bank details can be found. Please transfer the invoice amount to the bank account specified after receiving your order confirmation and/or proforma invoice which states your customer number or proforma invoice number. Immediately after receiving your payment your order will be dispatched.

2. Purchase on Invoice (only available for: companiesmunicipalitiesfoundations and institutions)

Purchase on invoice - 14 days net. (companies, municipalities, foundations and institutions)
Individuals can use payment method ''Klarna Pay Later'' to be able to purchase on invoice. 
Please select the payment option "purchase on invoice" in the ordering process. Please note that when it is the first time that you order in our shop, we do not always allow a purchase on invoice. Keep your VAT-number at hand.
  
In order to enter the UK VAT-number correctly (for the UK & Germany this is the same), you start with the country-code (GB or DE), then enter the 9 digits without spaces, points or commas, this will look like this: GB123456789 / DE123456789
The UK VAT-number has 12 digits if the number represents a sub-company within a group.

For Austrian VAT-numbers the first character after the landcode (AT) is always "U", exmaple: ATU12345678 (Country-code + letter "U" + eight digits).

3. Cash on Delivery (only available for: customers in Germany & Austria)

Pay with Cash on Delivery (COD). A cash on delivery payment is only available for customers in Germany and Austria!

Costs: Cash on delivery fee Germany: 5,50 EUR. Cash on delivery fee Austria: 4,50 EUR.
Benefits: You pay directly when you receive your order. Your order can be proccessed and shipped immediately.


4. Direct Debit (only available for: customers in GermanyAustria and Switserland)

Direct Debit
Making your payment by using Direct Debit means that the funds will be automatically withdrawn from your bank account. The Direct Debit payment method is one of the most common used payment methods in Germany.

iDEAL is one of the most used payment methods. PayPal is a very fast and reliable payment method. You will need a PayPal account, if you do not have an account yet, you can create a PayPal account here. To be able to pay with PayPal, link your bank account and/or credit/debit card with your PayPal account. There is no need for depositing money on your PayPal account, the payment will be directly debited from your linked bank account or credit/debit card.

From the delivery date you will have 14 days time to pay for your order free of charge. In addition, for a small fee, you can use the pause-option to pause your payment with a maximum of 60 days.

19. Klarna Slice It Payment (Pay over Time - Pay in Instalments)

With payment method Klarna Slice It (Pay over Time - Pay in Instalments) you are able to pay for your purchase in monthly instalments. Pay in instalments between 3-36 months is possible. Your creditworthiness will be checked, so it can be that in your particular situation a payment in instalments is not possible or that the maximum instalment-payments are less then 36 months. 6.) How do I find specific products on the website?

For this, it is best to use our search function! Simply enter the name of the product you want in the search field and press 'Enter' or click the 'Search' button! After that, all products with that name will be listed. You can further narrow down your search there!

7.) Can I receive a copy of the confirmation again?

After submitting your order, you will receive an automatically generated order confirmation with your order number! By providing this order number (or also the customer number, invoice number, or delivery note number), we can resend you the order confirmation!

8.) Can I have ordered products shipped to a different address?
You can specify a billing address and a different delivery address when placing your order through our shop. You can also change the delivery address afterwards via email, fax, or phone—provided that the goods have not yet been handed over to the shipping service!
