1. How can I place an order?
Shopping – fast, easy and convenient!
Browse our shop! You can use the search field or follow our categories. On the product detail page you will find images, descriptions and PDFs.
Bookmark & Recommend
Use "Add to wishlist" to save products for later, or "Recommend" to send the link via email.
The shopping cart
Select the quantity (and optionally variations such as color/type) and click "Add to Cart". In the shopping cart, you can change quantities (click "Update") or delete items.
Checkout & Registration
Click on "Checkout". You have three options:
- New customer: Create an account for future orders.
- Registered customer: Log in with your email address and password.
- Order as a guest: Order without a permanent account.
Tip: You can specify a different delivery address for all options.
2. What payment options are available?
Note: Most payment methods are free. However, terms and conditions may apply depending on your creditworthiness or the payment provider.
1. Advance payment (bank transfer)
You will receive a pro forma invoice via email. Please do not transfer the payment until you have received this confirmation.

2. Purchase on account (companies & institutions)
14 days net. Only for companies, municipalities, foundations and institutions. (Private individuals please use Klarna Pay Later ).
Please enter your VAT number correctly (country code + number without spaces, e.g. DE123456789 or ATU12345678).
3. Cash on delivery (only DE & AT)
Pay only upon delivery, directly to the delivery driver.
Costs: Germany: 16.00 EUR | Austria: 4.75 EUR.
4. PayPal
Pay quickly and securely with your PayPal account. Includes PayPal Buyer Protection.
Cost: None.
5. Credit card (Mastercard/Visa)
Secure payment. The total order amount will be charged. Goods are usually shipped immediately.
Cost: No extra costs.
6. Klarna (Instant, Invoice, Installment Purchase)
- Klarna Pay now (Sofort): Pay directly via online banking.
- Klarna Pay later (invoice): Buy on account as a private individual (14-day payment term).
- Klarna Slice it (installment purchase): Monthly installments (3 to 36 months), subject to credit approval. Costs depend on creditworthiness.
7. Other payment methods (Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Giropay, EPS, etc.)
- Amazon Pay: Pay with your Amazon account.
- Apple Pay: Via Wallet app (Touch ID/Face ID).
- Giropay: Online banking (DE).
- EPS transfer: Online banking (AT).
- iDEAL: Netherlands & Belgium.
- Bancontact / Belfius / KBC: Belgium.
- Przelewy24: Poland.
- SEPA Bank Transfer: Europe-wide standard (duration approx. 1 working day).

4. How can I return goods?
Please always pack the goods appropriately for transport. Send the package to the appropriate warehouse:

5. Product search & wish list
How do I find products?
Use the search function at the top of the shop. After entering your search term, you can further refine your search using filters.
6. Account, Confirmations & Addresses
Copy of order confirmation:
If you have not received a confirmation, please contact us quoting your order number. We will gladly send it to you again.
Change address later?
Yes, as long as the goods have not yet been handed over to the parcel service. Please call us immediately or send an email.
7. Legal matters (VAT, terms and conditions, complaints)
- Value Added Tax: All prices include 19% (DE) or 20% (AT) VAT. Net prices are displayed for business customers.
- Contract text: We save the contract text and send you the order details by email. You can find your past orders in your customer login.
