SOBLANK Professional by Hygan is designed for the automatic dishwashing process of glasses and dishes in commercial dishwashers. It is a clear, pale yellow liquid that mixes well with water and is non-flammable. It has a high cleaning power against greasy dirt and effectively removes heavy soiling and food residues without damaging delicate porcelain or decorations. The detergent should be used with appropriate protective equipment and care, following the safety advice provided. The dosage depends on the local water hardness and is calculated based on the dishwasher's water capacity and the amount of rinse water used. It is important to note that the detergent is classified as hazardous and can be corrosive to metals, causing severe skin burns and eye damage. Therefore, it should be kept out of reach of children. It does not contain surfactants or chlorine, but improper disposal can pose a risk to wastewater. It is recommended to use the detergent as intended and in the recommended amounts to minimize environmental impact.

Description: Clear, pale yellow, almost odorless liquid, miscible with water in any ratio, non-flammable, specific gravity 1.365, pH 14 (t.q.), pH 12.5 ± 0.25 (1% solution). Cleaning of glasses and dishes in commercial dishwashers using the automatic dishwashing process.

Properties: Non-foaming, highly alkaline, instantly soluble. Excellent cleaning power against greasy dirt and very good capacity to remove and disperse heavy soiling and food residues without attacking decorations or delicate porcelain.

Dosage and Usage: The dosage depends significantly on the local water hardness (indicated in degrees French hardness °fH) and is calculated based on the water content of the dishwasher tank and the amount of rinse water supplied for each wash cycle: soft water 0-15 °fH 1.5 - 2.5, medium-hard water 15-25 °fH 2.5 - 3.5, hard water >25 °fH 3.5 - 4.5.

Consumption: For (generally encountered) medium local water hardness and front-loading dishwashers with approximately 35 liters of tank capacity, add 75 ml at the beginning of the washing process, and after 5 wash cycles, add an additional 50 ml each time. For larger machines with 70 liters of tank capacity, the initial dosage is 150 ml.

Environmental Compatibility: Does not contain surfactants or chlorine. The strong alkali contained is partially neutralized by saponification of fatty substances.
