Neutral fat solvent FETTRAIN N offers an excellent cleaning and degreasing effect as well as a strong penetrating power, even with stubborn dirt. It leaves no residue on the surfaces, instead ensuring streak-free and spotlessly clean results. Particularly suitable for use in kitchens, bakeries and butchers in the food processing sector. It contains neither chlorine nor phosphorus. The surfactants used are based on rapidly and completely biodegradable raw materials. The water softeners it contains are also biodegradable and harmless.
For manual cleaning, the degreaser is sprayed onto worktops, cooking appliances, pots, cover plates, grease filters in the extraction system, transport trolleys and kitchen walls and distributed with a sponge. Stubborn fried crusts and burnt-in fat can be removed with a scraper, while dried-in dirt can be treated with a scouring pad. Then rinse thoroughly with hot water, wash the cleaning sponge regularly with clear water and finally dry with a clean cloth. Please note that the degreaser should not be used on aluminum and painted surfaces. A compatibility test is advisable before use on sensitive materials.
