Ozone cleaning is the most effective method for the residue-free removal of organic odor molecules and microbiological contaminants. Unlike filter systems, ozone is gaseous and therefore reaches every crevice, textile fiber, and inaccessible cavity.
Molecular odor neutralization
Ozone destroys odor molecules (e.g., from smoke, nicotine, decay, or mold) not through over-contamination, but through oxidation. The molecules are broken down and thus permanently neutralized. This makes ozone generators indispensable for vehicle detailing and building remediation.
Operating parameters & operating time
The effectiveness of the remediation depends on the ozone output (mg/h) and the exposure time. Our professional devices are equipped with precise timers. May I stay in the room briefly during the treatment?
Definitely not. Ozone, at the concentrations required for remediation, is toxic to the respiratory system. Rooms must be sealed during treatment. Access is only permitted after a thorough ventilation period.
Can materials be damaged by ozone?
Yes, with extremely long exposure times and high concentrations, natural rubber or certain plastics can become brittle. In professional restoration scenarios, this is negligible with correct dosage, but should be taken into account for sensitive electronic components or classic cars.
