Many payment methods

We offer various payment methods, including the well-known payment options iDEAL and ING Home Pay, but Bancontact (formerly Mister Cash) and Befius Pay are also frequently used. In addition to payment methods such as PayPal and credit cards, we also offer Klarna Pay later (pay later, purchase on account also for private individuals) and Klarna Slice it (split payments between 3 and 36 months).

1. Payment in advance* 

 If you have chosen advance payment as your payment method, you will receive an order confirmation or pro forma invoice by email, which contains all order details and our bank details. Please transfer the invoice amount to the specified bank account only after receiving your order confirmation/pro forma invoice, stating your customer number or pro forma invoice number. We will ship to you immediately after receipt of payment.

2. Purchase on invoice

Purchase on account - 14 days net (only for companies, municipalities, foundations, and institutions). Private individuals can use the "Klarna Pay Later" payment method to pay by invoice.

Select “Invoice” as the payment method during the order process to pay by invoice. Please note that if this is your first time ordering from us, the “Invoice” payment method may not be accepted in some cases. Have your VAT number ready.

To enter your German VAT number or VAT ID number correctly, start with the country code (DE) and then enter the VAT number / VAT ID number without spaces, periods, or separators. It should look like this: DE123456789 (country code + 9 digits).

To enter your Austrian VAT number or VAT ID number correctly, start with the country code (AT) and then the VAT number / VAT ID number. Enter without spaces, periods, or separators; it should look like this: ATU12345678 (country code + letter U + 8 numbers).

3. Cash on delivery

Order and pay cash on delivery. We only offer cash on delivery for customers in Germany and Austria!

Costs: Cash on delivery costs in Germany: EUR 16.00. Cash on delivery costs in
Austria: EUR 4.75. Advantages: You only pay upon delivery of your order. Your order can be processed and shipped immediately.

4. iDEAL

Paying with iDEAL. One of the most commonly used payment methods is paying with iDEAL. iDEAL is primarily used in the Netherlands and Belgium, but is also widely accepted internationally. 5. ING Home´Pay

ING Home'Pay is a payment method developed by ING Belgium for anyone with an ING Home'Bank or Business'Bank account. This payment method is becoming very popular in Belgium and is rapidly spreading to other countries.

Costs: There are no costs associated with paying with “ING Home'Pay.”
Advantages: Secure, fast, and trusted payment method. Your payment reaches us immediately, and your order can be processed and shipped immediately.

6. Paypal

PayPal is a very fast and trusted payment method. You need a PayPal account for this. Don't have one yet? You can open one using the link below. To pay with PayPal, link your bank account and/or credit/debit card to your PayPal account. You don't need to deposit any funds into your PayPal account; the payment will be debited directly from your bank account or credit/debit card.

7. Mastercard/Visa credit card*

If you wish to pay by credit card, select “Pay by credit card” during the checkout process. Have your credit card ready. Here you will find the expiration date and your card number.

8. Giropay payment 

Pay with Giropay. Giropay is an online payment service supported by numerous major banks. Giropay offers fast ordering and secure payments. Please note that the Giropay payment service cannot be used with all bank accounts; for example, Sparda Bank customers cannot pay with Giropay. Customers of Postbank, Volksbank, Comdirect, Sparkasse, BB Bank, MLP, PDS Bank, DKB (Deutsche Kreditbank AG), and other banks can pay with Giropay. Payment is made in your bank's or savings bank's dedicated online banking environment.

9. EPS transfer 

Paying with an EPS transfer is a secure online payment system. EPS was developed in cooperation with Austrian banks. With EPS, you can pay for online purchases securely and quickly. To pay with EPS, you don't need to register; you pay as usual in your own online banking environment at your bank or savings bank.

Costs: There are no costs associated with paying with EPS Transfer.
Advantages: Maximum security and fast payment. Your payment is processed immediately, and your order can be processed and shipped immediately.

10. Bancontact

Bancontact (Mister Cash) is one of the most widely used payment methods in Belgium. Bancontact is even the market leader when it comes to electronic payments. If you want to pay with this payment provider, select it during the checkout process and pay with Bancontact as usual.

Costs: Paying with “Bancontact” (Mister Cash) is free.

11. Belfius Pay

Paying via Belfius Pay is primarily used by Belgian customers. Belfius is one of Belgium's largest banks. With Belfius Pay, you can make payments as usual in your own online banking environment or via a smartphone app.

Costs: There are no costs associated with paying with “Belfius Pay.”
Advantages: Fast and familiar payment method via the Belfius smartphone app or your own online banking environment. Your order can be processed and shipped immediately.

12. KBC/CBC Payment

The KBC Payment / CBC Payment method is primarily used by Belgian customers. KBC primarily targets Dutch-speaking Belgian customers, while CBC targets French-speaking Belgian customers. You can pay as usual in your own online banking environment.

Pay later: KBC Bank and CBC Bank customers have the option to pay for their order later.

Costs: Paying with "KBC/CBC Payment" in our shop is also free.

Optional: Pay later (pay up to 2 months later).

13. Amazon Pay

With Amazon Pay, you can pay quickly and easily using your Amazon Pay account. A highly popular and growing payment method. You can make payments quickly and easily with Amazon Pay and enjoy the benefits of Amazon Buyer Protection.

Costs: There are no additional costs when paying with Amazon Pay.

14. Apple Pay

Apple Pay is Apple's payment method. This payment method uses the Wallet app. The actual payment method used depends on the payment methods you have stored in the Wallet app. The payment is confirmed by a fingerprint or facial scan (Touch ID or Face ID).

Costs: There are no costs associated with paying with Apple Pay, but depending on the payment methods you have stored in the Wallet app, there may be costs associated with your payment.

15. SEPA Bank Transfer*

SEPA Bank Transfer. SEPA stands for Single Euro Payments Area and is the name given to the single payment area of ​​36 European countries. Paying with SEPA Bank Transfer is one of the most commonly used payment methods.

16. Klarna Pay now

With Klarna Pay now (instant bank transfer, formerly Klarna sofort), you can make your payment directly. 17. Klarna Pay later

With Klarna Pay later (formerly Klarna Invoice), you can also pay by invoice as a private individual. Select “Pay with Klarna Pay later” during the order process and follow the instructions. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to pay the invoice. You also have the option of taking advantage of a payment pause of up to 60 days for a small fee.

18. Klarna Slice it

With Klarna Slice it (also called “Pay over Time” or “Klarna Instalment Purchase”), you can pay in monthly instalments. Instalment payments are possible over a period of 3 to 36 months. Your creditworthiness will be reviewed; therefore, instalment purchase may not be available for you or the maximum monthly payment may be set at less than 36 months. Select “Klarna Slice It” as your payment method during the checkout process and follow the instructions.

Costs: There are costs associated with paying with “Klarna Slice it.” The exact costs may vary from person to person and depend on your creditworthiness. Advantages: Simply pay for your purchase in instalments, between 3 and 36 months. Your order can be processed and shipped immediately.

19. Przelewy24

The Przelewy24 payment method supports payments from over 165 banks and various other payment methods. Przelewy24 is the most widely used payment method in Poland. If you would like to pay with Przelewy, select “Przelewy 24” during the checkout process.
