1893 - the company's history starts with the founding of Ernst Wagner Apparatebau Reutlingen. A successful, medium-sized, family-run business for conveying and large kitchen equipment which evolved over time. The initials form the brand name EWAR, which still stands for the washroom range today.
1950 - for the first time Wagner produced large kitchen equipment products made from stainless steel.
1974 - the start of production and distribution of a new product range: Stainless steel washroom fittings. Followed by the formation of a national sales organisation with sales-executives and on the internation level with general distributor/importers.
1997 - the relocation of Ernst Wagner GmbH + Co. KG to the new company building in the industrial zone at Markwest, Reutlingen, Germany.
2005 - expansion of the product range with barrier-free living washroom fiitings for equipping accessible washrooms.
PRESENT - now led and managed by the 4th generation, Wagner EWAR manufactures at the Reutlingen site and sells its products throughout the whole world. Wagner EWAR offers one of the most comprehensive washroom fitting product ranges made out of high-quality stainless steel.

A-line, the Wagner EWAR architect-line with the most extensive product range:
The products of the A - Line are manufactured exclusively from stainless steel AISI 304 or a higher grade. For optimum hygiene, the visible surfaces are treated to create a Duplo surface (surface grinding and surface brushing). All single parts are mechanically deburred to guarantee the user a high-degree of safety when using and replenishing the consumables. Lockable products are fitted with simultaneously locking metal cylinder locks. The products are not dependent on specific consumable manufacturers - and so we are able to guarantee you lower maintenance costs over the long term. Wearing parts are mounted as modules and allow easy inspection by the user for service purposes. A spare parts supply is guaranteed for at least 10 years. The A - Line is our most extensive product line with models for surface mounting, flush mounting and counter mounting, as well as for fitting in toilets. Specific requirements? No problem! We also design and manufacture to customer's individual requests. Prefer different surfaces or colours? High gloss polished or plastic powder coated in every RAL colour are always possible at a small surcharge. The A - Line impresses through its straight contours and especially high-quality and hygienic design: All visible splays are fully welded. Components are spot-welded in invisible places. Washroom and toilet fittings are available in standard designs. We also supply you with the matching stainless steel fittings and accessories. For your safety, all models have theft proof and invisible fastenings.
L-line, the Wagner EWAR design alternative for surface and counter mounting:
The products of the L - Line are manufactured exclusively from stainless steel AISI 304 or a higher grade. For optimum hygiene, the visible surfaces are ground with a Duplo surface and additionally brushed. All single parts are mechanically deburred to guarantee the user a high-degree of safety when using and replenishing the consumables. Lockable products are fitted with simultaneously locking metal cylinder locks. The products are not dependent on specific consumable manufacturers - and so we are able to guarantee you lower maintenance costs over the long term. Wearing parts are mounted as modules and allow easy inspection by the user for service purposes. A spare parts supply is guaranteed for at least 10 years. The L - Line is the design alternative to the A - Line for surface and counter mounting! A conical housing front with vertical, recessed rounding, as well as a fill level indicator for a unique alternative product design, without no compromise on quality whatsoever.
P-line, the Wagner EWAR lower-price alternative for surface mounting and toilet fittings:
The products of the P-Line are manufactured exclusively from stainless steel AISI 304 or a higher grade. For optimum hygiene, the visible surfaces are ground with a Duplo surface and additionally brushed. All single parts are mechanically deburred to guarantee the user a high-degree of safety when using and replenishing the consumables. Lockable products are fitted with simultaneously locking metal cylinder locks. The products are not dependent on specific consumable manufacturers - and so we are able to guarantee you lower maintenance costs over the long term. Wearing parts are mounted as modules and allow easy inspection by the user for service purposes. A spare parts supply is guaranteed for at least 10 years. The P-Line ist the lower-price alternative to the A - Line for surface mounting and toilet fittings. Suitable for standard fitting in "price-sensitive" projects. Renowned Wagner - EWAR quality in somewhat simplified production. Design feature: Housing edges with a 10 radius.
Barrier-free living, Wagner EWAR barrier-free products for equipping washrooms, toilets and showers:
"The safe grip" for accessible washrooms, toilets and showers. The complete product range is produced from 32mm stainless steel tubes AISI 304, satin finished tubes or with structured "anti-slip" surfaces. All handles TÜV-certified to DIN EN 12182, CE-marked to 93/42 EWC and load-bearing to 125 kg, wall distance 106 mm, 75 mm diameter wall covering rosettes, theft-proof and with silicon sealing ring to the tube. Almost all intermediate sizes available upon request. Extensive accessories round out the range.

ALTERNATIVE SURFACES:
Our products have a so called Duplo coating as a standard: they are satin finished and additionally brushed - the best possible process for an easy cleanable and a hygienic surface. Alternativly, we can also supply many products with a highly polished (mirror shine) surface or with a powder coating which is available in almost any RAL colour (4 digit RAL code). The standard versions are immediately available, the white version has a slightly longer delivery time. Other RAL colours are available and have a longer delivery time (for orders over 1000,- net without surcharge, below 1000,- net with a 100,- surcharge)
