Fettrain Extra is a ready-to-use super degreaser with extra strong cleaning power for heavily soiled devices and surfaces in professional kitchens, butchers and bakeries. It effectively removes burned-in grease, oil and crusts, leaves streak-free clean and shiny surfaces and eliminates unpleasant odours. For manual cleaning, Fettrain Extra is sprayed onto worktops, cooking utensils, pots, cover plates, grease filters in the extraction system, transport trolleys and kitchen walls and distributed with a sponge. Crusts and burnt-in fat are removed with a scraper, and dried-in dirt is treated with a scouring pad. Then rinse thoroughly with hot water, wash out the cleaning sponge with clear water and finally dry with a clean cloth. Not suitable for aluminum and painted surfaces. The compatibility with sensitive materials should be tested beforehand.

Application: Manual cleaning and degreasing of surfaces and heavily soiled devices in professional kitchens, in butchers and bakeries, by manual spraying and subsequent manual cleaning with cloths or pads.
