The AUP 21 is an automatic urinal flusher that reacts to siphon changes during urinal use. It is supplied as a complete set and is suitable for mounting on most urinals with a self-priming siphon. The scope of delivery includes the complete water connection (angle valve, hose, electromagnetic valve with filter, sleeve with flushing head connection) and the electrical part (connection cable 12V, 50 Hz - AUP 21, or battery holder 4 x AA for the battery version AUP 21.B). The installation is extremely straightforward. By attaching all electronic components to the siphon, the flushing device is protected from mechanical, even intentional, damage. It does not react to people passing by, level fluctuations or poor ventilation of the sewer system and eliminates the weak points of older sensor systems that are less responsive to dark colors. The electronics detect short-term interruptions in use due to medical complaints. After 24 hours of non-use, the urinal is automatically flushed to prevent the siphon from drying out.
