Made from matte black powder-coated stainless steel, this paper towel and waste bin combination dispenses 600 C-fold or 800 multi-fold paper towels. 
The 18 gauge stainless steel door was held closed with 2 tumbler locks. The waste bin has a rolled edge handle hole for easy maintenance.
Paper towels are manually dispensed through the dispensing slot.
